Sleep Inn

We chose this hotel after looking hard for a place with a good breakfast, and I even called the night before to confirm it was served as advertised. In the morning there was no breakfast at all. The woman working then said the truck hadn’t come, which I don’t believe: there was literally nothing. If they’d waited that long to order, that’s terrible management. With only three or four guests in the whole hotel, it seemed like they simply didn’t want to serve breakfast. When asked, they blamed the truck. Horrible.

This was an awful stay. The property was in bad shape, with dirty, poorly maintained rooms, broken ice machines, a broken and insecure security door, no smoke detectors, no room phone, and only two towels allowed. I was overcharged, and they’ll charge you for another night without telling you. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and I felt scammed and discriminated against. I reported it to Wyndham corporate, then he called me and rudely asked why I felt that way. I still felt the same. I travel a lot, and this was unacceptable. I’d give the place zero stars if I could.

It took more than two days to track someone down for a simple receipt I needed for a business expense. They don’t staff the front desk in the morning during busy checkout time, so there was no one to ask for it. They can’t even afford new signs. Don’t stay here.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. My room didn’t have a bathtub, and the $100 deposit wasn’t mentioned on Expedia. That was my only complaint.
