I only had one night, so I can't speak to the full experience, but it went well. Check-in and checkout were quick, and breakfast was awesome, with a healthy cereal option I liked and “homemade” chicken fingers. I didn't get to try the fridge or TV. I'm particular about smells, and the second-floor room just smelled clean, like fresh air and furniture, with no fragrance. There's a mall right across the road.

We had a great stay, and the location is close to everything. On April 5th around noon, the front desk woman gave us a good lunch recommendation while we waited for the room. The person cleaning the second floor was great too. Thanks to both of them. We'd definitely come back.

The cleaning service was quite good, but I wouldn't recommend eating here. My first morning started okay, with omelets available, but they were cold even though I was there when breakfast opened. The next day, the sausage links were hard and chewy, like they'd been reheated from the day before. The pancake machine wouldn't work and no one was around to help. The cinnamon rolls were hard on both Tuesday and Wednesday. After I complained, they took them away, but when I returned after they were replaced, I could almost swear the same ones were back out, as if they thought I was done.

I had a spacious suite and a nice room, with friendly staff and a good location. Just be ready for traffic.

When my car broke down, I was stranded in your city and worried about what would happen. Shanikua, sorry if I've misspelled it, and the Holiday Inn staff helped me through it. I'll always remember how kind they were when everything felt uncertain. My girls and I made it safely on our trip. Thank you so much!
