The third shift staff member left us waiting while my wife spent over an hour rummaging through janitor closets for a plunger. The first and third shift women did help us, but the overnight person really needs a different job. This all happened after our second room's bathroom flooded. We were told there was already a note saying it did that, yet they put us in the room anyway. Our first floor, non-smoking room had smoke-stained walls and a terrible smell, so they moved us. The next room smelled better until the bathroom problem. Avoid this place if you can.

The staff were attentive and polite, and I had a great stay. The in-room Jacuzzi was a real treat for a room that cost about $100 a night. The Wi-Fi kept acting up, so I had to switch to my phone's hotspot.

I needed a decent night's rest and internet access to download work files during a business trip, but couldn't get online here. The front desk staff had no idea how to help, were rude, and wouldn't connect me with anyone who might know. They hung up on me. There's no breakfast either. If I hadn't just finished a 12-hour workday, I would've asked for my money back and left.

The convenient part was being close to our event at McMennamins Grand Lodge. The room itself felt very dated. We rejected the first non-smoking room because it smelled of stale cigarettes and maybe mold in the carpet. The carpeting throughout looked old, our bed sagged, and the sink faucet was badly corroded.
