The woman at the front was super nice and helpful. The room covered our basic needs, and everything worked, though the furniture was dated but not terrible. We could hear the people next door through the thin walls, and our door was missing its top lock.

I went straight back to the front desk for a refund after seeing the room. There were holes and stains in the sheets, and the mattress looked like it had been pulled from the trash. The carpet was dirty, and it didn't look like the room had been cleaned for a couple of days. A lamp seemed faulty, there was a rusty metal piece on the floor that looked like it came off clothing, and there was an actual booger on the wall. Worst inn I've ever stayed at.

Being close to the airport is the only good thing I can say about this motel. We paid in advance and arrived around 10 p.m., only to be told, “we thought you weren't coming.” They'd sold our first-floor king room, leaving us with a second-floor room with two queen beds. The mattresses were still wrapped in plastic, and it was one of the most uncomfortable nights we've had. We woke with multiple bites and can only assume they were bed bugs. There was breakfast enough. The walls were paper thin, too: at 1 a.m. the front desk clerk had to ask a man two rooms away to turn down his blaring TV and loud talking, which made it impossible to sleep. I don't understand how this place has more than two stars on Google. I strongly don't recommend it.

Watch out: the hotel is still listed as open, and you can book online, but it's closed because of a water main break. Be ready for a long phone call. They can't cancel past cancellations, and they want to send you somewhere they won't stay themselves. This is a scam. I'm notifying Amex. I'm a Choice member and a truck driver who books rooms to rest, and this is very unprofessional. They should advertise the hotel as closed.
