The room was clean, decent, and affordable, and being on a bus line near restaurants and convenience stores is a real plus. The owner was friendly and pleasant. My interaction with the owner’s wife, though, was disappointing. She said the lobby was closed when I tried to sit there, then later told me to go back inside while I was sitting outside my room during carpet replacement. As a paying guest, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and her manner felt dismissive. Guests need clear information about common areas and expectations, along with respectful service. Better professionalism and customer service training could make this a much better experience.

I get a room here every day, but this morning the manager said I owed $50 because my three-year-old had a small accident on the sheet. Really? It feels like they were looking for any reason to put me on the do-not-rent list. The husband and wife are rude and don’t like Black people with children. All I ever did was enjoy my stay. I’ve attached some photos from my stays.
