The staff were friendly, but they wouldn't acknowledge the serious problems. We had come to town after losing a loved one and ended up sleeping in our car. There was what looked like poop left on the carpet, roaches in all three rooms we tried, 112, 200, and 202, and no working AC. As of 10/22/25, the pool was still closed. It was diabolical.

The breakfast was empty both times we checked, and nobody refilled it. The pool being unavailable had been disclosed when we booked. The hallways smelled bad, the stairs were stained, and the bathroom smelled as if it had been mopped with dirty water. It took hours for the room to cool down, and the fridge didn't work. They told my husband we were getting a military discount, but the price was higher than the hotel usually charges. Do they normally raise the price to give a discount?

The rooms have been updated and are nice, and the beds were comfortable. I stayed five nights. On the last morning, I noticed a small roach-like bug on the TV stand.

The hotel is in disrepair, with cracked toilets and peeling wallpaper, and there are roaches. They say pest control will clear them out, but it still hasn't happened. It's been over a month since the last review mentioned bugs. My bathroom door is nearly split in two. If you can, try the Comfort Inn or Ramada Inn next door.

Jacob was the highlight of my stay at the Quality Inn. He was pleasant, helpful, and went out of his way to assist me, while the rest of the staff were friendly and efficient too. The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The nearby restaurants and shops, along with the convenient location, made exploring the area easy. The facilities were basic but clean and met my needs. It was an enjoyable, budget friendly stay for business or leisure.
