The hot tub was fantastic, with very hot water, so be careful. Our room also had a very cold mini fridge, a firm bed, supportive pillows, and a clean bathroom. One chair was broken when we arrived. The woman at check-in was friendly and explained everything clearly. Breakfast was pretty much nonexistent, just granola bars, bear claws, and coffee. For $1600, I expected more. At the mini-golf and arcade, there was debris on the course that could easily have been swept away while the guy inside played on his phone. It was supposed to open at 11:00, but it was closer to 12:00. The arcade bathroom was disgusting: an unflushed toilet, a clogged sink, toilet paper everywhere, and a full trash can. We were the first people there, so the toilet must have been that way since the day before. The friendly woman and great hot tub were the only things that redeemed the stay. I wouldn't do it again. If you don't need a hot tub, stay somewhere else.

I came for some peace and rest, but construction noise started at 8am and woke me up. I complained and asked them to stop, but the loud work kept going. Then I went to shower and found the water was off. I asked for a refund or a different room, but they didn't accommodate me at all.

I've stayed here several times, but the place doesn't seem to have the same attention to detail anymore. The rooms have cheap laminate floors now and are starting to show signs of not being maintained perfectly. It's still an okay property, but I don't think it's for me anymore.

Our room had a fireplace and jacuzzi, plus a nice bed and tasteful decor. The location was convenient, close to the beach, downtown, and the marina. The evening staff were welcoming and friendly, and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

I visited in June'25 with my husband and 8-year-old child, and the stay was extremely disappointing. When I raised concerns politely with Manish at reception, he blamed me and started an unnecessary argument. He was very rude and unprofessional, which made things worse. The room itself was in poor shape: torn bedsheets, a bad smell, and an overall shady, unclean feel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay. There are better options nearby where guests are treated respectfully.
