Fort Collins Inn

I’ve been staying here on and off for about a month since moving to the area for a guest spot as a tattoo artist. From what I understand, the current owners just bought the place, and I’ve already seen the quality shoot up. The staff are great, the beds are comfortable, and it’s the best value I’ve found in Fort Collins. I’m covered in tattoos and don’t always get treated well, but they’ve been respectful and never judged how I look. 5/5.

I paid $60.88 online because my home is being remodeled, then rode my Trek over on a beautiful day to check in. The front desk rudely refused service just because I arrived by bike. I couldn’t believe how they talked down to me, a Fort Collins resident and customer. They refunded only $47.88 and argued when I questioned it, even though I had the booking receipt. The refund receipt even said something like, “looks like trouble due to I rode a bike.” I felt judged and belittled. This place is trash.

There aren’t curtains on the window, so sleeping properly was hard. The pillows are thin, the bed is very soft, and the AC temperature can’t be set above 78°F.

The staff were absolutely lovely and professional. It felt safe and clean here, and I’d definitely recommend staying.
