Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins

We picked this hotel because it still had availability during a busy homecoming weekend at CSU, which we hadn’t realized was happening. For our first visit to Fort Collins, the location worked really well for exploring the area without staying in the crowded downtown. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by, and it’s easy to reach from the interstate while set far enough back that we slept quietly. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for six days. The whole property, including the public spaces, was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a reasonably priced $15 buffet, and there’s a full bar too. The layout and amenities may be much like other Garden Inns, but we’d happily stay at this one again.

The staff made the hotel feel welcoming and relaxing, and check-in and checkout were both quick and easy. They were friendly, professional, and ready to help whenever I had a question. My room was spotless, well maintained, and everything worked as it should. The property felt comfortable, clean, and safe. It’s also conveniently located near plenty of shops and restaurants. I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins and plan to return on my next visit.

Justin was amazing, and I think he should be the manager here. He and the restaurant manager on the evening shifts were outstanding. I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for twenty-five years and have stayed at Hilton hotels around the country, usually with exceptional experiences. This time, the way management handled things was unacceptable. I had two concerns that I believe were addressed, including dead and live flies in my room. I also left a message for you, Marissa, the General Manager, through Shantae, but never got a reply. I’ll complete the survey I received and would appreciate follow-up on these issues. I also slipped and fell at the hotel entrance when leaving. I reported it to the front desk clerk, Shante, but no one followed up. The entry hadn’t been cleared in a timely way at 7:30 a.m. That lack of concern from management is unacceptable.

I’ve stayed here before, and on a recent stop I needed a taxi but couldn’t use my own phone. Justin was at the desk, and once I mentioned I was a Hilton Honors member, he jumped in and helped arrange it. I really appreciated his service and hope to stay here again soon.
