Breakfast was about what I expected from a complimentary offering, and there are a few nearby restaurants if you want dinner. My room faced the main street, but it was quiet enough for me. If street-facing rooms bother you, though, you may want to avoid one. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and nice. The bed and pillow selection were very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive to guests. The hotel was as expected.

We stayed here twice on our cross-country drive, once in each direction, and both visits were a real highlight. They welcomed us and our dog, and the staff were so kind and warm. Our rooms were spotless and quiet, the grounds were lovely, and a store and restaurants were within walking distance. I wish every Holiday Inn Express were this good. Thank you!

The double queen room worked out perfectly, with a rollaway for my kid, who doesn’t like sharing a bed. The bathrooms were big and very clean, and the whole place felt clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, which we loved. We drove from California to Fort Collins to visit my sister, and the staff made us feel welcome. Colin, Cale, and Kat were all great to deal with and answered all my questions. I’d stay here again on my next visit.

10/10 stay, with a great hotel, staff, and breakfast. The women at the front desk were the sweetest people I’ve met. If you want the whole package, stay here!

This is our go-to hotel in Ft. Collins. We’ve already stayed here twice in separate visits this January 2026. The customer service is consistently above and beyond. Ethan and Robert are quick to help and answer questions, and they’re always cheerful and positive, whatever the time of day. Ethan, thanks for continuing to go the extra mile for us.
