Red Carpet Inn and Suites

The front desk gentleman was so easy to talk to, almost like an old friend. My room was clean, and the heater kept me warm. Having a fridge and microwave was handy for heating meals since there's no breakfast or coffee served. There are fast food places nearby for breakfast, or you can make something in the microwave. It's a quiet area with plenty of parking, and the room price was very reasonable. The bed was comfortable, too. If I'm back in the area and need a place for one or more nights, I'd stay here again and recommend it.

Stay away. This place is a pit, and the owner is rude and sneaky. The son is demeaning and acts like you're lucky to pay his family for the chance to stay there. I even caught the daughter, who works as the housekeeper, looking in my window. They only clean once a week, or really, they give you supplies and tell you to clean your own room. You have to buy your own toilet paper, and they provide just one clean towel a week. It's dirty.

The staff were nice, and the rooms were beautifully painted. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and the things you'd need for a few days. The main drawback was the sulfur-smelling well water. There was also a metal slab under the bed that made a drum-like sound when I moved around its edge.

The room was small, but just right for what it needed to be. The walls were solid, so it stayed very quiet, and the sheets were clean with big, fluffy pillows. It's an old drive-up motel that's been redone in a cute way. Nothing fancy, but really nice, affordable, clean, and quiet. The front desk gentleman was very nice, and you can tell they've put pride into fixing up the place. Thanks!
