I went to the pool on a solo trip and found that all the towels were in the wet bin. When I asked for a clean one, they wanted $25 per towel. I didn't pay and just air-dried. It feels like we have to pay for cleaning supplies and everything, cheapskates. I don't know why you're saying I brought unauthorized people into the pool. It was just me. I was there alone and didn't break any guidelines. I left this review because of the $25 towel charge. Thanks for blaming me for something another guest did without knowing for sure. I would never go to Super 8 in Watertown again. The place had seemed better than on past visits under new management, until this.

The building was loud, with thin walls and floors that echoed with every step. Staff were rude, and it didn't feel kid-friendly. A staff noise complaint brought police at 9 pm, which left me worried my kids could get charged just for laughing. The bathroom paint was peeling, with a strange dark brown area around the floor tiles. The pool room floor was covered in dirt, and the pool maintenance area was open with a hose left out. There were mouse traps all around the front door. We had only one set of towels in a double room, and signs listed fees over $200 for practically anything that would require staff to do their jobs.

Kumar, the owner, goes above and beyond with guest service. The rooms are clean and nice, the TVs are a good size and Roku friendly, and the beds are really comfortable. The pool and hot tub have always been working. Parking is easy, even with a truck and trailer. It's on the southwest side of town, close to the main road and easy to reach, with plenty of food and gas stations nearby. Great place to stay.

Easy to get in and out, with food and gas close by on the southwest side of town. Parking is wide open, even when you're towing a trailer behind a truck. The rooms are cozy and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the TVs are big. Pool and hot tub have been working without any trouble. Good service, comfort, and value here.

The heated pool was great, actually warm instead of cold like pools at so many other places. Rooms were clean, and both the service and price were great. Loved it.
