Quality Inn & Suites Watertown near Prairie Lakes Ice Arena

John took time to show my sisters and me two rooms before we booked, turning on every light and opening the blinds to check for bugs. We'd just come from another hotel in town that had Asian lady beetles everywhere and insisted every hotel had them. John also matched the online price for the night. We had a quiet stay with no bugs, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and they even offered fresh-baked cookies at check-in. The little holiday decorations in the public areas were a nice touch. We'll book here again.

The receptionist made check-in easy and brought a really positive attitude. My night on February 24th was quiet, clean, and comfortable. And thanks for the firm chair at the desk! Everyone did a great job.

We came back for a second stay since we’ve been happy with everything here. The rooms are roomy, and the beds are very comfortable. I’d trade the chair for a couch so my husband and I could both sit, though the recliner was comfy. Laundry was affordable, and I felt fine leaving it running while I went back to our room. A tornado came through outside town. We’re from the West coast, and it was our first, so it was nice to talk about it with the front desk.

The breakfast spread was excellent, and the hot tub was nice. The pool felt a little cool, but it wasn’t too bad. We spent one night in a three-bed room, the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, and the beds were comfortable. I’d definitely come back.
