Shoshone Bannock Hotel

The sports bar restaurant was the one good part of our trip for my brother’s birthday. The food there was awesome. The hotel room had old furniture and a dusty smell, and the casino games paid very little, if anything. I won 81 games on 🦬 buffalo and got only 5 dollars across all those spins. Save your money and go to wendover. I wouldn’t recommend it for a fun trip.

The rooms were nice and clean, and I had no problems with the workers. Camas grill is delicious, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s right off the highway, which made it easy to get to family in fort hall and Pocatello for activities. The hotel price is a little steep. The casino is connected if you like to gamble.

I was dissatisfied with how this motel handled things on Sunday morning. A woman kept calling my room from the front desk all morning, asking for someone who wasn’t staying with me. I don’t know how she got my room number. After the last call, she came to my door and hid the peephole. I didn’t answer because I didn’t know who it was. Later, I saw the person and she said she was Jaycee furnace. I’ve never had any contact with her. I don’t know the motel’s policies, but I’d expect its staff not to give out anyone’s name or room number to just anybody.
