For Tulsa Tough, having a whole apartment with a kitchen and room to stretch out and relax after a long day in the sun and heat was great. It’s close enough to downtown and the Tulsa nightlife if you don’t mind a short walk, drive, or bike ride. The place is older, but nicely redone, with a bit of a retro vibe. If you expect a 5-star hotel you might be disappointed, but for a cool little place at a great value, this is a good fit.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend and were blown away by the value. The place feels very secure, with a key code at the outside entrance and on the individual room door. Our room was clean and in great condition. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the walls are a little thin. I’d definitely recommend looking into booking here if you need a place in Tulsa.

I stayed overnight for a work conference, and the rate was very competitive compared with nearby hotels. The room was great and well cared for, and the facility and owner are doing a fantastic job. It seems poised for good things as the area improves. The location is a little sketchy, with some interesting characters around, and although the building and room are well secured, I felt some anxiety about my company truck parked out back. I’d definitely stay again.

I spent 94 nights here in 2014 for a work project, and it’s one of the best Courtyards I’ve stayed at. It’s a newer hotel, so everything is up to date. The manager goes above and beyond, the service is amazing, housekeeping does a pretty good job, and the maintenance man is quick to sort out even minor problems. I absolutely recommend it if you’re in Tulsa.

It’s more like having your own apartment for a night than staying in a hotel, so keep that in mind. We were on the ground floor and I expected more noise, but I slept just fine. The kitchen was great and really well furnished, and I liked the privacy. When we had a problem, Len, the owner, was easy to reach. I’d recommend it if you know what to expect. From the road, the place looked more like a fancy restaurant than a hotel.
