Our keys stopped working every day, and when the power went out in our wing, the clerk didn't know what to do and hung up on me. I kept asking her to do something to restore the power, and she called me rude. The clerk acted as if she could be rude to guests she thought were rude first. The manager had the same attitude. When I spoke with both of them, they kept interrupting me. They don't seem to believe the customer is right, and that was just rude.

We were driving late and only needed a place to sleep, but we left almost right away. There was apparent illegal activity in the area, and it didn't feel safe. The neighborhood seemed sketchy. Don't go here.
