At about 7 on Saturday night, a party downstairs was blasting music. I called the desk, but the woman acted as though she couldn't hear it. I went down myself and found the noise coming from a rented party room. She said security would tell them to turn it down once he arrived at 10. I asked to move rooms, and she said there were no more rooms with two king beds. While I was downstairs on the phone, she rented a two-king room to someone else. I asked for the manager. The desk clerk said he'd call my room, and when he did, he cursed me out. He told me to pack up and said I'd get a full refund. I explained that I had two kids with me, it was 9 at night, and I wasn't going to drive around looking for somewhere else to stay. He said I needed to leave if I wanted any rest. At the desk, I only got that night's charge refunded. The woman called the manager, who told me, “listen here you mother F**&%% you are not getting any more money out of this you SOB.” I took the money and left. Completely unacceptable. I booked two nights in this place for myself, my girlfriend, and our two kids, in a room with two king beds. The room had the usual hotel setup, with half-painted walls and a weird smell. That's not even the worst part. **HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**. I wouldn't take the time to write this if it hadn't been so bad.

The room had a desk, a recliner, comfortable beds, and good internet. I also appreciated the large bathroom, full-length mirror, microwave, and fridge. The hotel offered 50% off pizza from Papa John's.

Mr. Crockett's account says that on 31 AUG 2010, an employee refused to accept information about service animals after he explained that his dog was a service animal, not a pet. She told him to leave and threatened to call police if he didn't. He called Tulsa Police Department (“TPD”) while the employee contacted someone he believed was the hotel owner. After speaking with TPD, Mr. Crockett went outside to his family, who had been waiting in the car. He was experiencing a panic/anxiety attack, and his children were tired, hungry, and arguing. When officers arrived, one spoke to the employee and another to Mr. Crockett. An officer recommended that the family go to a Best Western in Tulsa. They left about 30 to 45 minutes after the officers arrived and checked in there without incident. Mr. Crockett, his wife, and their four young children finally got to eat and rest two hours later than planned. The hotel is now being sued by the Feds for violating the ADA. It refused entry to a military vet with a service dog.

It felt like a seedy place. I didn't want to sleep there and was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet. Not a good experience.
