Tulsa Vitality Hotel

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and the shower had good water pressure. My floor was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There was only one floor with a working ice machine, and it wasn't mine. My room also had no fridge or microwave, and the view was bad. The restaurant cost too much and the bar was average. The evening restaurant crew was short-staffed, so I saw several customers leave after not getting service right away. It wasn't the server's fault, since she was handling room service too.

The casino shuttle was wonderful and took us back and forth, and breakfast was amazingly delicious. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and courteous. I did find it odd that there was no mini fridge. I'd still love to stay there again.

We arrived around 11 p.m., and I'd forgotten milk for my two toddlers before bed. The staff were accommodating and got us some. The hotel was friendly and very clean, and breakfast was fresh and nice, especially the biscuits. I'd definitely stay again.

The little touches made the room feel special: ceramic mugs with the in-room coffee maker, a lighted magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom, and a huge floor-to-ceiling window that gave it a luxurious feel. At breakfast, room service even brought water with a pretty flower on the tray. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the clean room had a comfortable bed. There's also a great bar and an indoor pool. I only tried breakfast room service, but the pancakes and coffee were really good. I've been trying different Tulsa hotels every weekend for the past couple of months, and Crowne Plaza has been the best so far. I enjoyed it enough to book again for my next visit, even though I usually like to switch places. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return.
