My corner room and balcony had fantastic views, and it made the trip feel special. It was a great place to come back to each night. The hotel is downtown but a little removed from other things on foot. With Uber pickups happening quickly, getting around was easy. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful, modern, clean, and had amazing views. Every staff member I met was kind and approachable.

The lobby cafe was a big help on busy mornings. The pastries were good, the coffee decent, and we saved time. I was here for work, and the location across from the convention center was convenient for business. We stayed in the west villas. The room was nice, with good beds, though they were a bit small, and I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the harbour. The bathroom was the main problem: it wasn’t stocked with lotion or amenities, though the front desk gave us some when we asked. More seriously, the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, making it almost unusable. It wasn’t a bad business stay overall. Our travel partner stayed in the tower and said it was much better.

The rooms are laid out nicely, with a nice bathroom and shower. But I had repeated problems with the keycard being deactivated every time I left. I’d have to ask for it to be reset, and once I couldn’t get back into my room when I needed to, which made me late. Getting a keycard at the front desk took forever because the employees seemed to ignore everything else around them while checking people in. On my last night, I walked into a room with trash on the dresser and used towels on the floor. Nobody apologized; they just moved me to the west wing. The hallway there was incredibly humid, and it took ages to cool the room.
