I was a traveling nurse booked for a last-minute assignment in Pueblo, but tested positive for Covid on the day I was due to arrive. I'd made the reservation only about 12 hours before calling to cancel, yet the front desk attendant, Mike??, said I'd have to pay for one night. I was very sick, had only booked a few hours earlier, and knew rooms were still available. They weren't turning people away because I'd taken the last one. Ridiculous, really poor customer service. Have some empathy, dude (Mike). Not every situation is the same.

The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The staff comped our roll away, which was great since my kids are grown adults. I booked a suite for the family, then decided not to bring our dog, but by then the suites had filled while I was registered in a dog room. We ended up in a small dog-friendly room, and I'm glad I hadn't brought the dog after all. I'd stay again, though I'd communicate better. I booked through hotels.com and could chat with the front desk.

The staff were great, and the rooms were clean. For work travel I need fast internet, and this is the best location I've been to so far for that. If a place doesn't have good internet, I can't rate it above 3 stars.

Really friendly people at the desk. We checked in around 3, went out, and got back about 730. The two attendants were eating, but got up straight away to help us buy something from the food store and heat some water. That was very nice service. Thank you.

My stay was pleasant. The location was good, the rooms were clean and affordable, and the staff were friendly. Devon deserves a special shoutout for fixing my reservation without any hassle.
