The false fire alarms keep disrupting the peace, and they can happen at any time, whether it’s 6am or 3pm. It gets exhausting. They need to fix the cause or at least figure out how to stop the alarm sooner instead of letting it blare nonstop for 10-15 minutes.

It’s a fabulous place to live, close to Las Olas Blvd. and everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

We thought we’d moved into a high security gated community, but someone stole our motorcycle from the second floor of the garage after we’d owned it for just three weeks. On May 29th, 2023, a white van came through the entrance gate at 10:03 pm. I don’t know if it belonged to an employee or someone else. The front desk had already been notified about a high risk security concern. At 10:05 pm the van was parked near our bike, which was then stolen. The van couldn’t get through the gate to leave, so it waited and tailgated another vehicle out. We weren’t told the motorcycle was gone until morning. It’s really unfortunate how many people tailgate into the garage. If we’d been warned that anyone could get in, we’d have added more security ourselves. I hope nobody else has had something stolen there. I love the gym and the home is beautiful, but the garage security is poor. There’s also been an earlier incident, a drunk driver or someone trying to break in damaged the fob operated gate a couple of months ago. I’ve included a photo of our stolen bike. If anyone knows anything or knows who took it, please reach out. :)

The staff here are respectful, attentive, and friendly, and management has responded well when problems came up. The AC has gone out three times in two weeks, including while I’m writing this. I later realized the chiller towers had problems caused by power surges. Each time, management worked hard to get things running again promptly. The building has also had fairly frequent false fire alarms at all hours, though there haven’t been any lately. Management was proactive about dealing with those too. I’ve lived here for three years, and my earlier review may have been a bit unfair.
