The elevators were a serious hassle. Waits of 10-15 minutes seemed common, and sometimes it was over 30 minutes. I'd also think twice about booking because the room's layout felt so awkward for privacy. The main bathroom area is basically open to the room with no real door, apparently the standard setup. The toilet has its own door, but there's a noticeable gap right in front, so privacy gets uncomfortable with family or guests in the room. And the shower's frosted, foggy glass still shows silhouettes and movement from the bedroom. On the plus side, service was outstanding, and from check-in to departure I felt valued. Every interaction was courteous, attentive, and welcoming, with top-tier professionalism that feels rare these days. The property has a great atmosphere and location, but the elevator delays and privacy choices would make me seriously consider other options before booking again.

That glass-walled bathroom makes you think twice about who you’re sharing the room with. The suite was clean and pleasant, but a long hallway took up about 200 of the promised 600 square feet, so it felt no bigger than a typical hotel room. Breakfast options were very limited. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful with all our luggage, and valet parking was excellent. Still, at $1,000 a night, we won’t be back.

The view is lovely, and the atmosphere was nice. The bathroom was the main issue for me: there’s no door for privacy, so while sharing the room I had to warn the others not to walk through when we were showering. On checkout day, the cleaning staff kept knocking before 9 a.m., even though I thought checkout was at 11. Apart from that, it was okay.

I loved having a robe in the room, and the beds were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great views. Raul greeted us when we arrived, and from there it was the best experience ever. I highly recommend this hotel.
