I booked this for my birthday, but the place smelled like weed as soon as I walked in, and I found several ends from what had been smoked. There was no Wi-Fi. I texted Alex, who said the router had been disconnected and someone would come in the morning. That night, we opened the sofa bed and found bugs. The next morning, my friends and I couldn’t shower properly because the shower kept clogging and there was no hot water. We’d been there less than 24 hours and had already told Alex about all of this. We didn’t want to stay under those conditions, but he refused to refund even part of the money. I wish I could give a lower rating.

Had a really satisfying stay 🙂 The condo had the essentials ready, so it was easy to feel comfortable, and the host was great and very accommodating. Everything was clean, and the area was quiet. There’s plenty nearby for food, drinks, entertainment, fun, and the beach. I’ll book again! ✅

Everything was in the apartment, and the internet worked really well. The kitchen appliances were new and clean, and the washer and dryer in the room looked so clean I was happy to use them. The apartment itself was spotless and nicely decorated. Parking was free, and the surrounding area had lovely tropical plants and felt very safe. It was a pleasant place to walk and enjoy active recreation. Overall, the service and accommodation were at the highest level. Excellent stay.

We spent a week here for my birthday and anniversary, and we’ll be back very soon. Alex was welcoming, replied quickly, and checked in on us, which other hosts don’t do. He even stopped by after we arrived to share information about the neighborhood, places to eat, parks, museums, and trails. The condo was elegant, the location was perfect near everything, and the amenities were all new and shiny. It felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Alex Condo 105%.

Alex was such an accommodating host that I finally took the time to write a review, something I haven’t done in nearly 30 years of traveling almost every week for work. The apartment was clean, modern, private, and had all the comforts of home. The location is hard to beat, just minutes from the beach and the downtown restaurants and shops on Los Olas. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in the Fort lauderdale area.
