Jose was fantastic when we were trying to sort out a place to stay after our flight from a cruise was canceled on February 22, and then canceled again that same day. We finally left on the 27th. My grandson and I were so grateful for his help getting settled. Later, Victor answered our questions and suggested places to eat. Those two made a very chaotic situation much easier.

I can't believe how filthy this place was. The beds were black, dirty, and unsanitary, with what looked like dog hair and who knows what else. There was grime on the walls, the nightstand was peeling apart, and the bathroom had scum everywhere. With flights canceled and everything else booked, we ended up here. If you're considering it, please go somewhere else.

My family members are truck drivers and arrived completely worn out. The receptionist was so kind and understanding, and got us into a room quickly so they could rest. Her helpful attitude made a real difference, and we're very grateful for her support. Thank you so much, Tiease.

We had a harrowing night here. The room smelled like smoke, the hallway carpets were dirty and smelly, the sheets were bad, and the air conditioner didn't work. The front desk staff on both shifts were rude. There isn't an elevator, so expect to carry luggage up the stairs. The rooms didn't match the website pictures, and the coffee situation was just one pot. We made several trips but never got any, so had to go out. The rate was cheap, but I wouldn't stay again. I'm not sure the online reviews are accurate, or whether some are self-promotional.
