Cambria Hotel Fort Mill

There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, just a Five Guys, Chipotle, and Firehouse, so you’ll need a car or Uber to go elsewhere. Housekeeping was also missed one day, which was a small hassle since I could’ve used fresh towels. Still, I’d go back. The Cambria is a comfortable mid-tier property, not a luxury stay, with housekeeping service, a full restaurant and bar, a mini convenience store, and a nice outdoor patio with fire tables. The pool was closed in early March. After past problems with Choice Hotels, I wasn’t expecting much, but this week was very different: the place was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly gracious. Janet at the bar and Candice at the Front Desk deserve a shout-out.

Breakfast was delicious, and the housekeeping staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and modern, and everyone was so hospitable. Ms. Mae deserves a shout-out. I had a phenomenal stay and would absolutely make this my home away from home when I’m back in the area. I highly recommend it.

The place is clean and has the feel of a luxury hotel at a budget price. They could add a scent machine at the entrance and offer free bottled water. After a long trip, guests would appreciate water, and little touches like that can bring people back.

The bar and restaurant were convenient and enjoyable, and our room was comfortable and clean. We were greeted warmly at check-in and were extremely satisfied with the stay. We’d recommend the hotel and would definitely return.
