We were in town for my son's games and stayed at Towneplace for three nights. The location worked well, with everything close by, and breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and had plenty of space to store things and stay organized. We used the gym too, and it was very clean. The pool had white things in it, so we couldn't use it, but my family and I still had a great time.

The rooms were clean, but I didn't care for the layout, with the bed right beside the bathroom and a shower with no door. The hotel works okay for at least two people. During spring break, breakfast wasn't restocked with any urgency and I wish there'd been more variety. We also couldn't get clean towels until the last day. Thanks to Ms Erica for helping us out, she needs to be CEO. I understand it was a busy week, but the hotel should have prepared ahead of time.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the service is what will bring me back. My flight was canceled, so I called very late to book because I couldn't make an online reservation at that hour. The front desk woman was professional and helpful, and when I arrived at 2:30 AM she handled everything like it was ordinary business hours. The hotel isn't as close to the city center as I usually stay, but I'll choose this place on future trips to the area.

I was surprised by how comfortable this room felt for a business trip, almost like being at home with all the amenities. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious with strong water pressure. I'd recommend staying here and would come back myself.

On my first visit here, I was pleased with the property, staff, and food. The place was very clean, and the manager, whose name I think was Danielle, helped with suggestions for places to visit. I'll definitely come back.
