Stu Moores, for next time, try renting a condo in building B, 4753, the second building in the back. Get one facing north toward the residential area, on a higher floor. It's quiet and has a perfect view. I always love coming back to OH B1005.

A top facility on FMB, right by the marina, great restaurants, and a grocery store. There's a pool, spas, tennis, and pickleball across the road from the gulf. What more could you want?

We stayed at Ocean Harbor for November in 2017 and 2018. The place was very nice and clean, with four tennis courts and an excellent pool. The view is great if you're above the second floor, and having The Publix right next door made grocery shopping easy. Those were the good parts. We won't be coming back. We faced the beach in 4745, and the noise was constant. The forklifts backing up at Snook bight and The Publix air conditioner started up around 4:00 AM. The gardeners came every Tuesday too, so much for serenity. The beach at Ft. Myers was a disaster, with Red Tide and dead fish and crabs. That was the last straw.

It's a beautiful gated property, and only a five-minute walk to the beach. I often see dolphins around the marina. Love the community. Rent here if you can!
