The tree cutters left dust all over my truck, lol. Inside, the heater never came on despite repeated attempts, and the bed only had a thin blanket, though I had another one in my truck. The shower pressure was around 30-35%, and there was no cold water. None of the TV stations worked, and there was no coffee maker or breakfast. Can it get any better?

The room was dirty when I checked in, and the photos I took make it look like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I wound up cleaning it myself. When I raised the issue, they offered to clean the room “free of charge,” but gave no solution for handing me a dirty room in the first place. Guest relations won't return my calls. In my experience, a hotel room should be clean at check-in. Here, it seems you may be charged to have it cleaned, and the standards for cleanliness and customer service feel extremely low. The conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable. If cleanliness matters to you, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was reasonably priced and looked pretty nice, though the floors were greasy, like they’d been mopped with a dirty mop. After a 23-hour drive, a broken alternator, and a day spent fixing the car in the heat, all I wanted was a shower and a good night's sleep before we could check into our AIRBNB the next day. There were four adults and one child with us, but we found only two towels. When I called for more, the desk said they don't provide them. I also asked for an extra blanket so the child could make a pallet on the floor, and was told no again. It wasn't an awful place overall, but those service standards were below par, so I rate it very low.

We booked three nights and left after just one. The sheets and linen were clean, it was relatively quiet, and there was plenty of parking, but the room had a lot of problems. The floors were very dirty, the tub felt oily, the windows looked like they hadn't been washed in about a year, and the water was barely warm. There was just one bar of soap for the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and tub. The room smelled of incense, and there was no bathroom trash can, so we had to use the kitchen one. There was a refrigerator, stove, sink, and cabinets, but pots, pans, dishes, and silverware had to be purchased from them or brought along. The bathroom sink was missing part of its stopper, the faucet leaked when turned up high, and the toilet didn't refill properly. Very ghetto. I won't stay again.
