Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Myers Sanibel

I stayed one night for work and was impressed by the amenities, including a heated pool and gym, and the clean rooms had all the essentials. The best part was the customer service from Alicia and Daniella at the front desk and Thiemy. They were upbeat, pleasant, welcoming, and knew how to answer questions thoroughly. EXCELLENT 👍

Jocelyn was incredibly friendly when she came to our room to help with a small noseeums problem. She cleaned the counters and bathrooms, and when we got back, we found she’d also arranged to have the carpets steam cleaned. Thanks for everything, Jocelyn. She must be a valued member of the Marriott staff.

We stayed three nights and were impressed by how well the staff kept on top of things. Management and the team were professional and courteous, and the breakfasts were great. The facility and rooms were clean and pleasant, and the beds were super, super comfortable. Everything exceeded what we expected. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll try to return on my next Ft. Myers trip and look for another Residence Inn when I travel elsewhere.

There’s a grocery store within walking distance, which I loved. Our room was large and clean, with a nice kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were top notch, from the friendly and helpful front desk team to the general manager, who served hot muffins at breakfast and checked that everyone was happy. Highly recommend!
