The room was clean and nice, and the young man at check-in was warm and helpful. The morning service changed my impression. I came into the lobby to ask about the breakfast I’d read was included, and the woman watching TV looked at me as if I was bothering her before asking what I wanted. She said breakfast wouldn’t start until 7, and acted like I’d interrupted her show. When I said I was checking out and needed a receipt, she told me to leave the keys on the desk. The room had been worth five stars, but her service brought the review down.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. But our thermostat didn’t work at all, and during some of Florida’s coldest nights in 20 years we couldn’t turn the heat up. The staff shrugged off our request for help, and didn’t seem trained to answer questions either. Breakfast was standard, edible, and nothing special.

Joseph, the general manager, gave great service. Our room was clean and the stay was good. Just don’t count on much breakfast if you come down at 9:30, there was hardly anything left.

My fiancé and I came from STL MO to remember my mom. She and her furbaby passed away in April and May, after living their BEST LIVES in Ft Myers. We were so glad we chose this hotel. The room was super clean, and whenever we came back from being out, it smelled of fresh cleaning solution. Breakfast was SO GOOD, even though I normally don’t eat it, I finished my plate. We felt safe, parking was good, and just about anything we needed was a stone’s throw away. We’d stay here again, 100%.
