Maria at the front desk sorted out my room problem right away. The first room had a slight odor and was hard to keep at a comfortable temperature, but she offered several options, brought the keys for the replacement room herself, and made sure I was satisfied. The new room is spotless and comfortable. As a Hilton Diamond member, I really appreciate her professionalism and care. Her attention to guest satisfaction reflects the Hilton standard, and she deserves recognition.

I called ahead specifically to ask whether they had cribs and was told they did and would put two in the room. On check-in day, I called again to confirm they were ready, and then was told they only had pack and plays. That was extremely frustrating. When I asked what I could do, the answer was to go to another hotel. I will next time.

The hotel was very clean and had recently been updated, and the location is great. All the staff were wonderful. The front desk attendants and Abigail from housekeeping were especially fantastic.

The room quality was horrible and the service was poor. The on-site maintenance man was rude too. I won’t return, and I’ll reconsider staying with Hilton in the future. I could’ve gotten better quality at a Motel 6.
