The guest service was nice at check-in, but the room was very smelly and had stains on the carpet, sheets, chairs, and walls. It needed a proper cleaning. The heater didn't work, and they didn't provide a TV remote. The grounds were filthy, with trash by room doorways and all over the stairs. At 4 a.m. people were so loud it sounded like hookers arguing about not getting paid. The area around the hotel wasn't bad, but the room wasn't worth it. I'd have paid more for somewhere cleaner. I won't be back.

The hotel used to be beautiful, but now it's run down and falling apart. Our room had mold on the ceiling, holes in the wall filled with putty but not painted, sagging beds, and stains on the old carpet. The free breakfast was cereal, one pot of runny oatmeal, and a waffle maker, with a rude man at the door. At check-in they said they'd hold $100 in case of extra charges and wouldn't charge it if we didn't use it. Five days later, that $100 hit my bank even though we had no extra charges. I highly recommend nobody stay here.

The bed was comfortable, but I can't recommend this place. I was traveling and stayed just one night with my service dog. At check-in, the front desk said they were putting us in a room inside the grounds because they didn't want anyone to see my dog in front of the hotel. That was fine until I took him out to do his business. Back in my room, my phone rang at 10:30 at night. The front desk said he couldn't go on the property grounds and I had to take him off the property. The lobby staff clearly hadn't communicated, and calling to complain at that hour was atrocious. At 3:30 a.m. I got up to use the restroom and found cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom, from inside the toilet to the tub and walls. I woke my husband to kill as many as he could because I was afraid they'd get into my bags. For over $100 a night, I didn't expect extra guests in the room. I couldn't use that disgusting bathroom, so I went to the lobby restroom and told the front desk what I'd found. They wrote down my information after I demanded to speak to a manager, but I still haven't heard back.

This doesn't feel like a three-star hotel. I've stayed in two-star places that were much cleaner. The bathroom was filthy, with urine on the toilet and floor, the bed was hard, and the room was really out of date. You have no say over whether it's hot or cold, it depends on what they decide. They charge a $100 deposit and inspect the room before returning it. They charged me $10 for a washcloth and another $10 for a hand towel because they were dirty.
