Quality Suites Fort Myers I-75

I found a condom wrapper under the bathroom sink. The manager or owner said he'd take $25 off the room for the night, but when I checked my bank account, there was no money back. The beds were extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor, the shower pressure was very weak, and the room was expensive. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because I was lied to. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price, and I'll never stay here again when I'm in town.

Breakfast was really poor, the handicap rooms lacked enough amenities, and the furniture was out of date. The location has two floors and no functional elevators, and there was no hand sanitizer available. What first caught my attention was the laundry price: 4 dollars to wash or dry clothes, while other locations charge totally different prices.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it's in a nice, convenient spot. We've stayed at this Quality Suites twice in the past week and felt well looked after each time. The two women at the front desk were especially kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was nice, and the staff were nice too. Internet was slow when it worked, and the hotel is close to Walmart and planet fitness. The parking lot is tight, though semi-trucks can fit. The gym has just one treadmill and it's out of order 🫠. Also, my cup of tap water had some black spots in it.
