The check-in was pleasant, and the woman who helped me was super friendly. The price was very reasonable, there were plenty of towels, and the room had a clean, usable kitchen with utensils.

Katherine made check-in and extending our reservation easy. We mentioned the extension after seeing the room, and the next morning she remembered us and had everything ready. Shari and Lilly were helpful and respectful in person and on the phone. Andrea was friendly and efficient on both day and night shifts, with a good sense of humor and a professional manner, and checkout was painless. Maintenance and housekeeping were quiet and respectful. The rooms had been recently remodeled, with new furniture, and were impeccably clean. The kitchenettes were modern and functional. There are international restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and public transit served the area well. The prices were great. All in all, we had a fantastic experience. Thanks to everyone for making the world a better place! The only reason I can imagine for a negative review would be demarketing. Everything worked out tops for us.

The property showed as pet friendly on Expedia, but after three days they made me leave because I had dogs and kept my $100 deposit. During my three nights there, the police had to be called every night. On the first night, the general manager ran down the hall clearing people out who seemed to be in danger. It must have been serious: eight police cars, two firetrucks, and an ambulance showed up. Police came again the next two nights. I read the good reviews, but don’t believe them!

A great deal, and the staff were great too. They were quick to respond when a few maintenance issues came up. 👍
