Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Pierce I-95

The staff and management were rude and unhelpful when I raised problems. After several complaints, management made no real effort to fix anything and acted as though I was bothering them. The water was another major problem: the shower had little or no pressure, sometimes there was no hot water, and the sink drained very slowly. The room was shockingly dirty when I arrived. The floors looked untouched, the bathroom was filthy, and the sheets and towels were stained. Between the poor cleaning, maintenance problems, and the way staff handled complaints, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast was decent, and being right off I-95 was convenient. But our stay was a mess. We checked in on 4/3/2026 with three adults and a toddler, and the parking lot door didn’t work. There was no ice or vending on the fourth floor, and the elevator button up there was broken. The front desk said we had to go down to the third floor to catch the elevator, even though that entrance didn’t have a handle. When we asked about another room, the response was short and rude, with no hospitality at all. There’s no hot tub anymore, they filled it with concrete. I’d seen conflicting information about whether it was still there, but that wasn’t a huge deal by itself. The tub stopper in our room didn’t work, though, and we had to carry the child back up the stairs because the pool was too cold. There also seemed to be a leak around the AC, and it looked like they’d painted over visible damage instead of fixing it. We would’ve left, but the cheer comp was only 9 minutes away and we didn’t have many options at short notice. I’m really unhappy. This ruined Days Inn for me.

A booking for someone I didn’t know ended up under my name and attached to my email. I received the confirmations, stay details, checkout information, and billing information, even though I never authorized it. Apparently an old phone number on my Wyndham account was involved. The guest was a woman in Florida, while I live in San Antonio, Texas and had nothing to do with her reservation. More concerning, I could access the booking and potentially change or cancel parts of her stay. I contacted the hotel and was told the property is independently operated and they hadn’t found fraud. That doesn’t address the real problem: the guest’s identity and account details weren’t properly checked or corrected, tying her stay to me and exposing information on both sides. This points to poor guest verification, weak privacy safeguards, and a troubling lack of accountability. I expect much better from a Wyndham-branded property. Management should review its check-in verification and how guest demographics are handled so this doesn’t happen to somebody else.

I paid 200 dollars for just 4hours of sleep. The lobby floors and the room were filthy, with dirt and bugs. The front desk was rude, and housekeeping was loud and rude too. The manager didn’t seem to care about any of it. If I could give zero stars, I would.
