The windows were painted white, so there was no view, and sticks had been wedged in to keep them from opening. The room hadn't been cleaned after the last visitor and had roaches. Permanent residents were arguing and fighting late into the night, with others still up at 3 a.m. This place is disgusting.

The rooms were dirty and the beds squeaked. We found a broken crack pipe in the sheets and another under the bed, but they refused to refund us. The doors don't seal and have gaps. When I asked about the money, the woman in the office yelled that she wouldn't give it back. Terrible customer service. The BBB will hear about this shady place.

For what it is, this place isn't bad. The neighborhood has a rough reputation, but the people here seem to make a genuine effort to give customers a nice stay. There's a backyard, and Publix, Wawa, Starbucks, Staples, McDonalds, and Taco Bell are close by. Downtown is a pleasant 45-minute walk.

We got bitten by bed bugs all over our bodies!

I had to cancel my stay, and they never returned my money. I booked through booking.com, and getting a refund is hard. Don't waste your money here. The rooms don't look the way they do in the pictures.
