The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was great. Breakfast was great and well stocked. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they handed us extra towels when we asked. We'll definitely stay here again.

Check-in is easy, and the breakfast is filling without any fuss. It's right in the middle of everything, so it's my favorite place to stay in fort smith, whether I'm traveling through or taking a little local vacation.

With so few guests at this motel on Christmas, breakfast still had a wider selection than most. The hotel was very nice for the price, and my room was clean and comfortable.

There were tasty breakfast options, and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other products seemed nicer than what I've found at other hotels. The snacks waiting in our room were a thoughtful touch. We also had a comfortable bed and pillows, plus a fridge, microwave, and a jetted tub, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was nice, and it was near restaurants while staying quiet. We had to ask the front desk clerk to unlock the TV channels because only two were available.

We stayed on 15th September and were disappointed that the pool seemed to be closed for the season. The hotel itself was fine and seemed clean, with a hot shower and an okay breakfast. The location was all right, with some shops nearby and an Outback restaurant within walking distance, though the area was otherwise pretty quiet.
