I first booked here because it was inexpensive, then kept coming back while my child attended the local college. I’ve stayed about 15 times over the past four years. The rooms are old, but they’re always clean, and the staff are very nice and helpful. For the price, it’s an excellent choice and I highly recommend it.

This is my favorite motel anywhere. It’s always cleaned really thoroughly, the other guests are quiet at night, and there’s a nice refrigerator and bathtub. The huge-screen TV has modern options, with countless things to watch.

Room 104 was spacious and clean, and the floor and bathroom had clearly been updated. The street noise was loud, though, and there was a lot of echo in the room. Wall art might help soften that. The mattress was lumpy and needs turning over. There weren’t any towel hooks, so you have to reach for towels after stepping out of the shower. That seems like an easy fix. The in-room coffee was awful, and the Styrofoam cups smelled chemical. If breakfast isn’t going to be offered, the coffee in the room should be better.

The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and room 115 was huge. It’s definitely dated, but the fun part was the permanent resident. “Bugs” Bunny seems to like the heat being on, though he apparently didn’t make it to Albuquerque. I don’t believe in hauntings, but this was the closest I’ve come to an experience like that. You’ll have to see for yourselves. Check out Kronixx C's pictures of the room.

The personal attention here really stood out. It’s rare these days, and the owners clearly take pride in the place. They welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, and the whole stay felt more like visiting friends than checking into a chain motel. Our room was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were great, the linens were fresh, and the shower had perfect water pressure. It’s a quiet, affordable, welcoming place, and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area.
