The receptionist really made the stay stand out. He was friendly, very helpful, and pointed me to some excellent restaurants. I also liked the comfortable king-size bed and roomy shower. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that the hot tub badly needed cleaning.

Trevor at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we checked in, and he handled a few unusual requests without any fuss. Breakfast the next morning was excellent for a hotel. The woman looking after the breakfast area stayed on top of cleaning up after guests and keeping the food stocked. This was on the morning of 7/1/18. I didn’t get her name, but her service impressed us.

Breakfast was like what I’ve had at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, and the attendant kept everything tidy and well stocked. The room was immaculate, the pillows were fluffy and just right, and housekeeping cleaned it and refreshed the towels daily. The staff were welcoming and friendly, consistent with my other stays at Holiday Inn Express locations.

The room was roomy and clean, and the staff were very polite. It’s a nice hotel in a quiet spot. The humidity in the room was the problem, though. I tried adjusting both the temperature and airflow but still couldn’t get comfortable enough to sleep well.

I was surprised to find such a current, immaculate hotel that welcomed pets. The room was clean throughout and set up with the guest in mind. Even the pillowcases were marked to show whether the pillows were soft or firm. The lobby looked lovely with spring flowers, and the staff were gracious.
