Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Smith

Addie at the front desk was so helpful and kind when an ice storm forced us to cancel the day before our stay. Calls were coming in and she was very busy, but she still took the time to help us however she could. This is our second stay at Homewood Suites at this Fort Smith location, and the front office and staff were superior last time too. Housekeeping even saved a sweatshirt we left in our room. Our next stay is Saturday through Sunday, jan31-Feb 1. Ten stars for Homewood Suites - Ft Smith and Addie! Thank you!

The room trash was full, and the sink and tub hadn’t been washed. I can only hope the sheets were clean. This isn’t what I’d expect from Gold Star. We didn’t get settled into the room until late, around 11 p.m., so nobody was available to address it then. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but management still hasn’t reached out or tried to make it right. This will be our last stay with this chain.

Getting in is easy from the stoplight intersection, and the location stays quiet since other businesses aren’t right around it. Phoenix Ave has restaurants and gas, while Rogers Ave is easy to reach and runs across the city with most businesses and access to downtown. I’ve stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the clean bathrooms have plenty of counter space for a longer stay. The full-size fridge and electric stovetop are handy for planning meals. I don’t ask for room service every day, but they’ve always helped when I need a one-off item. The front desk is quick with odd-hours requests and gracious about schedule changes. They even remember my name and anticipate my usual requests. No hesitation booking here again.

Every time we interacted with someone, they greeted us with a smile. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I’d use this location again and again.
