The location and price were excellent, and the condo was beautiful and spacious, right on the beach apart from the pool below. The kitchen was missing basic cooking items like salt, pepper, oil, and Tupperware, but those were minor issues. The bigger problems were the very hot, steamy elevator with no air movement, and pool and beach access gates that didn't work consistently, making it difficult for several residents to get in or out.

The room looked just like the website picture and was amazing. The only two downsides were that new balcony banisters were being installed while we were there, so we couldn't use the balcony, and the master bedroom TV was tiny, about the size of a tablet. Otherwise, it had everything.

There is covered parking, so your car won't bake in the sun, and the views are lovely. I've stayed in three units in this condo, and each was clean and well furnished. Noise carries very little between the units, if at all.

Our daughter, her family, and friends rented a condo for their vacation. The rooms are laid out nicely, and the ocean view is wonderful. The soft white sand leading to emerald waves is so relaxing. The elevator can be slow, but access from the garage is easy.

We had a very nice, clean unit 708, right by the elevators, and it was perfect for our stay. The location is great, with a perfect beach and the Boardwalk nearby.
