Holiday Inn Philadelphia N-Fort Washington

When my key card stopped working, the manager personally came up to make sure I could get into my room. That’s above and beyond. I had a suite that was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, a shower with great pressure, recently upgraded-looking furniture without wear, and a fairly large personal fridge, bigger than I expected for a $150-a-night room. Breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of choices from eggs to cereal, good cinnamon buns, and great coffee that was easy to get. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but this was the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in, and I’d gladly return.

You can tell the place is managed well by how much the staff care and take pride in their work. The front desk was friendly, the kitchen team made an awesome breakfast, and even the person picking up trash outside in the parking lot seemed to care. We had a very pleasant stay, and I’ll keep this hotel in mind next time I’m in the area.

Siddhi at the front desk made me feel welcome even before I checked in. She was friendly, accommodating, looked into early check-in for me, and printed some documents I needed. The hotel is modern and spacious, with a good breakfast buffet selection. The area was clean, parking was convenient, and there’s a Starbucks connected on the side. Thanks for making my stay feel welcoming!

Nice, calm place with plenty of parking. The railway station is only a three minute walk, and there are car washes nearby. Guests can bring in pizza or other food, heat it up, and enjoy it there. Breakfast runs from 6-10 am, with fresh pancakes, yogurt, bacon, cakes, and juice. There’s also free coffee and tea from the vending machines. Water is available in the gym to refill bottles, since they don’t provide bottles as a policy. The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean.
