The refrigerator worked perfectly, and the customer service was great. We were in town for a scouting merit badge college hosted by Purdue, but our plans meant leaving at 6 AM, before the free breakfast began at 6:30. That was our poor planning, not the hotel's fault. My one complaint: at 5 AM the shower was only lukewarm. It was a busy weekend, so maybe lots of people were using the water at once. The rooms were just what you'd expect.

The staff were accommodating when I needed a late checkout for my travel plans after a one-night stay. My room was pretty clean, with nothing that would stop me from coming back. The location worked well too, though it's by a busy intersection and the only nearby food on the hotel side of the road seemed to be the Golden Corral right next door. I'd stay again.

We had to switch rooms because of an issue, but the staff handled it exceptionally well. Jackson was quick to respond, understanding, and helpful, and we'd return without hesitation because of him. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. There's no free breakfast, though the rates reflect that, and the kitchens are well equipped if you want to prepare food.

There was no hot water during our February 2026 stay, and the staff seemed unconcerned. My wife overheard housekeeping asking whether it still hadn't been fixed. Traffic noise was an issue too, and without blinds, lights from Lima rd shone into the room at night. I sleep best in a completely dark room.

I spent a week here for work and had one of the best hotel stays I've had. The staff were 100/100, and I really can't fault the place or the people working there. Thanks for such a great visit. If work brings me back to Ft. Wayne, I'll definitely ask to stay here again. Keep up the amazing work.
