The lobby lounge is thoughtfully set up, with comfortable chairs and small tables arranged so people can talk without crowding one another. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff are very courteous. Rooms were extremely clean. The restaurant just off the lobby serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a full bar as well. They have brunch on weekends. I'd choose this hotel again.

We tried to sleep around 11:30 PM, but kids were screaming and playing, and the walls were shaking. It took three calls to the front desk before they stopped, around 2 AM. At check-in, I'd reminded them I was a gold member and had texted that we were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. The young woman at the desk seemed confused when I asked what Gold membership included, whether that meant a welcome gift or points. She just handed over the keys in silence. I thought perhaps a manager might offer cocktails or breakfast, but no. At checkout, the woman was stoic, made no eye contact, asked if I wanted the bill emailed, and never asked how the stay was. Probably one of our worst hotel experiences at this level in a metropolitan area.

The location was just right, and every staff member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean, and the service was top-notch throughout my stay at this Marriott. I'd highly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The room needed a better clean. There was oily residue and crusty stuff on the doors, greasy handprints on the mirror and headboards, and toothpaste splattered across the backsplash, along with a few other things housekeeping seems to have missed. The hotel itself was beautiful, I loved the location, and the restaurant was delicious.
