MACY 31 Self Serviced Apartments

DISORGANIZED AND DISHONEST, BUYER BEWARE. I prepaid for a studio on their website, but when I arrived, the cleaning staff said they had no record of my reservation and the office was closed. I eventually reached a manager by phone, Julie, at the number listed on the website. She said they had no record of my booking or payment and suggested I’d been scammed because the email on the Pay Pal invoice wasn’t associated with MACY 31. I gave her my reservation number, and she said she’d call back. When she did, she said the room had been double booked, that my payment would be refunded, and that she’d booked me into a nearby hotel. She also said I’d get the $46 difference back after texting her an image of my invoice. So far, I haven’t had an answer to my repeated requests for that difference.

The place was very clean, a good value, and had a nice view. Check-in was direct and easy, and the staff were professional and available all the time.

The apartment was clean and the location was fantastic. I’ll book again.

The location is the best thing about this place. It’s not that comfortable.
