Hallmark Inn By OYO Fort Wayne

We checked in to a dirty room, so I cleaned it myself, but it looked as though nobody had touched it. The door to room 151 wouldn't shut, and the cable and internet never worked during the entire month. He kept saying it would be fixed tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. I don't think they paid the bill. Even the supposedly clean towels and sheets were filthy. Exterminators came each week to spray for insects and bed bugs. The front desk man was SO rude. Disgusting place. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for!

I rented a room recently, but the carpet was stained and looked poorly installed. There was no TV remote, and one of the lights blew out when I went into the bathroom. I also saw a couple of cockroaches climbing the walls. I won't come back until the maintenance is kept up and the roach infestation is dealt with. Terrible.

The rooms had Louis Vuitton beds, sheets, and pillows, an 86-inch 8K Q-LED TV, and a beautiful perch for my Samoyed, who's worth $14,000. They took wonderful care of my 2022 Rolls Royce Phantom with valet parking, and brought me plenty of delicacies and premium champagne. There's also a stunning casino, Olympic-size pool, and huge sauna. What a luxurious place! I'd put it miles ahead of the Beverly Hills Hotel, any hotel in Vegas, or any Ritz Carleton. If you ever get the once-in-a-lifetime chance to go, do it. Worth every penny.

There was trash all over, and dozens of roaches in the room. When I said I didn't want to stay, they wouldn't refund my money. This place needs to be torn down. Don't believe some of the good reviews below, there are no improvements being made, and there's no pool. It's trash. Do not stay here.
