Traveling with little kids can be stressful, but the team made it feel easy. From check-in on, they were warm, professional, and so helpful, even thinking ahead to things we hadn’t realized we needed. I can’t say enough good things about them. Our family felt truly cared for.

The rooms are pretty nice, but breakfast isn’t included. They wanted $18 per person, which would’ve added $72 to our bill. For that much, we could eat at a nice sit-down restaurant. Maybe that sounds minor, and I promise I’m not a Karen, but we’re Hilton members and this feels like nickel and diming. Hotels should bring back complimentary breakfast, especially for members. We probably won’t stay here again over this.

The best part was how the staff handled our forgotten chargers. Housekeeping, the host, and management stayed in touch by text and phone, then agreed to mail them to our destination. That really felt like service, and we felt like Gold. Many thanks. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with comfortable mattresses, a Keurig, and a wand shower. Some staff were friendly, others less so. There’s no complimentary breakfast, and the snack selection for Gold members is limited. Getting here from the highway means taking several surface streets. We also loved Naked Chopstix in the shared parking lot.

The rooms were actually clean, which is why I gave two stars. But I booked by phone and gave them my card number for check-in, and that was a mistake. They tried to check me in before I arrived. I keep my card locked while traveling, and I expect to pay when I get there. I paid $217 up front for one night with my dog. After we left, they tried to charge another $61, which locked my bank card. I’m from Tennessee, and with no way to get to my cash, my four-day trip had to end early. Thanks for cutting my vacation short. They charge for everything, including $3 bottled water, and breakfast isn’t included even at that room price. The pool and hot tub were so full that we couldn’t use either; with 340 rooms, we didn’t stand a chance. The curtains don’t close, so sunlight comes right in if you want to sleep in. I won’t be back.
