The staff were kind, but clearly overworked and understaffed, and that affected how they could respond to guests. When we asked for bedding for the pullout sofa because none was in the room, we were told, “well, I can’t do that.” Everything we reported was brought to the front desk, but they said they couldn’t fix it over the weekend. Our first room was in very poor shape. The shower head was held up with a hair tie, the lights were just exposed bulbs, the shower was dirty with mold growing in it, and walking barefoot on the carpet after showering left my feet black. We changed rooms at 9:30 p.m. The new shower wasn’t held up by a hair tie, but the door wouldn’t close unless we lifted it because the top hinge was coming off. I wouldn’t stay again, especially for the price compared with the quality.

I needed a blanket from the front desk to cover the window because the privacy blind was missing. I only had a two-night stay and didn’t want to switch rooms. The room itself was nice, but the elevator needs work, and its control panel looks like it might fall off. I’d stay here again if I return to Fort Wayne.

The room was outstanding, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and you can stream from your phone app, including Netflix, to the TV now. Breakfast was great too. The woman serving on the morning of 2.20.26 was gracious, attentive to what guests needed, and a real Servant Leader. I arrived at 3:15 p.m. on 2.19.26, a little early, and the room wasn’t ready. They let me work on my laptop in the lobby. I hadn’t asked for anything, but the front desk woman spoke with someone who seemed to be in charge of the cleaning team and got the room ready right away. As an IHG member, this was my first stay at this location, and I highly recommend it. Simply outstanding, 5+++ stars. Thank you.

The newer building probably helps, but this was one of the cleanest and nicest Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was great, and the staff here really go the extra mile. Highly recommend this one. Great job!

The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable, but the breakfast was really disappointing. I know it’s free and nothing fancy, but it was unappetizing. Otherwise, I’d have given it five stars.
