The shuttle was handy for getting to the airport and AA headquarters, and the staff took great care of us. We only spent one night, but the room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed and the kitchen basics we might need. I’d stay again.

The noise from the room above me was too much, but they said they couldn't move me. After two weeks I asked to have my room cleaned and was told that only happens on Fridays. I can't think of anything good to say about the place. I'd put my money somewhere that values its guests.

Having lots of good food options close by was a real plus, and I could use the room's kitchen to heat up takeout or make a meal myself. The service, especially from manager Mr. A. Acosta, made my recent work trip easy and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

The team even arranged my pickup time for the interview and made sure I could access the gym. They knew I was visiting to interview with AA and had everything ready when I arrived. Thanks again to everyone for keeping all the details in order.

My flight was cancelled, and the kind, helpful staff made a rotten day turn around. I especially appreciated the shuttle and being able to speak with a real person on the phone who was so helpful.
