Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center

I rarely leave hotel reviews since places in the same area tend to be similar, but the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center went above and beyond and cared for us during a difficult time. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for our trips back and forth to the hospital. The only downsides, which I knew about already and that won’t change my five-star rating, are paid parking on-site with no free option and no complimentary breakfast. There’s a restaurant on-site, but it’s paid.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the hotel has everything I needed. It was decently clean too. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is my regular spot when I travel to FW for work, and I’ve never had anything bad to say about it. Jackie at the bar makes fantastic drinks, and Xena at the front desk is super sweet and helpful. I always come back here.

The location is perfect and the rates are great, but the customer service is absolutely awful. The app and digital key never work. The girls at the front desk don’t seem to care and just expect you to come by in person. We’re Hilton members because we value the app and digital keys. If that doesn’t matter to you and subpar staffing is okay, the hotel is otherwise great. We’ve tried staying here a few times because of the location, but this was the last time.
